Submission of payment through the SoberSurroundings.com Apply Online form or the Weekly Fees form in the For Guests section of SoberSurroundings.com indicates the payee’s understanding of and acceptance of the following terms.
Apply Online Form
Availability and Acceptance. Acceptance as a guest and assignment of a room is based on availability and is solely at the discretion of Sober Surroundings personnel. Payment of a room rate and/or registration fee through the Apply Online form does not guarantee a room assignment but will hold your space on the waiting list. Should there be an availability we will contact you to determine your eligibility and acceptance. If you are not accepted and/or assigned a room, your payment made through the Apply Online form will be refunded minus a credit card processing fee of 5%. All payments are nonrefundable once a guest has been accepted. Existing guests should not use this form to make payments but should use the Weekly Fees form in the For Guests section and agree to the terms below.
The Weekly Guest fee covers a 7-day period from Friday to Friday. Upon acceptance you will be credited for this weekly fee and registration fee payment and will need to provide an additional prorated amount to cover for the period from your Intake day to the next Friday. Contact us regarding monthly payment options and veteran and SSI/SSDI discount programs and payment terms.
If you are discharged from a Sober Surroundings home, no refund will be provided for unused portions of your paid term.

By making payment through the Weekly Fees form User acknowledges that all payments are non-refundable and maintains to abide by all terms and conditions set forth and agreed to by the User in the agreement(s) they signed upon Intake.
